Terms & Policies
eWESTERN Inc. is a specialized manufacturer, importer, and distributor of various kinds of Cigar Accessories. We develop high-quality products including Wooden Cigar Humidor Boxes and Cigar Humidifiers. We provide prompt delivery and consistent quality.
– Account Creation –
Please use our Account Application page to begin the process of creating your wholesale account.
– Minimum Order –
There is a $100.00 minimum on any order. All new accounts must submit a copy of their valid resale or business license and sales tax permit prior to any order being placed.
– Payment –
After placing an order, our team will review and send you an invoice to your registered email. Orders can be paid by Mastercard, American Express, or Visa on the invoice. Company Checks must be mailed and processed before shipments can be sent. Return checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
– Shipping –
All orders are delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground in the continental USA. Shipping & handling fees will be added to the invoice/sale. FOB Spokane, WA.
– Returns & Warranties –
eWESTERN inc. offers a one year limited warranty for “Le Veil” and “EWT” products. Any defective merchandise will be accepted with our prior authorization for repair or replacement. A copy of the invoice and the RM# must accompany all returned goods. Any defective merchandise that is returned to eWESTERN inc. for inspection must be properly packaged. eWESTERN inc. will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. eWESTERN will be responsible for shipping fees related to item replacements/defects. eWESTERN reserves the right to decide which shipping method will be used in these cases.
– Shortage or Damage –
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect the merchandise carefully upon receiving it for an accurate piece count and note any discrepancies. Any claims for shortages or errors must be made within 7 days of receipt. Failure to make such claims constitutes as full acceptance. All damage claims should be made directly to the carrier by the consignee. When damage occurs, consignee must retain all damaged boxes and any packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
– Pricing –
We regret any typographical errors in the price list or catalog and cannot be held responsible for them. Prices are subject to change without notice.
